Order Processing Times:

• Orders received by 10:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped out on the same business day.
• Orders received after 10:00 AM EST will be processed and shipped on the following business day.
• Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Options (US):

• Free Shipping (Continental US): Free standard shipping is available for all orders within the continental United States. Delivery typically takes 5-7 business days after processing.
• Priority Mail (Continental & Islands): For faster delivery, we offer USPS Priority Mail for both the continental US and islands. Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days after processing.
• Priority Mail Express (Continental & Islands): For urgent shipments, we offer USPS Priority Mail Express. Orders will be delivered on the next business day or within 5 business days, depending on the destination.

International Shipping:

Priority Mail Express International: We ship all international orders via USPS Priority Mail Express International. Delivery times vary depending on the destination but typically take 5-7 business days after processing.

Customs and Duties:

Customs fees, duties, and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the recipient upon delivery. We do not charge these fees at checkout and cannot confirm how much you may be charged locally, as customs regulations vary by country.

If an item is returned to the sender because the duty was not paid, a new shipping charge will be applied to resend the item. For more information on customs fees and regulations, please contact your local customs office before placing your order.

Shipping Costs:

Shipping costs for non-continental US and international orders will be calculated at checkout based on your selected shipping method and destination.

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email.
