Returns:

Return your product within 20 days of purchase for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.

Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.

A $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for store credit.

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@pickleputty.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. You must submit videos or photos so we can better understand how to help.
Subscription Products:
- The first purchase in a subscription is eligible for returns or refunds following the guidelines above.
- Subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible for returns or refunds.
- To cancel your subscription, please contact us at least 7 days before your next billing cycle to avoid being charged.
Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable. International orders are also final sale.
