How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are processed daily from Monday through Friday. Orders placed before 12 p.m. EST will be processed that same day. Otherwise, they will be processed the following business day.

How long does it take for my Pickle Putty to ship?

1-2 business days.

Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from Pennsylvania.

My order was lost or stolen, what do I do?

We’re sorry to hear about this! If your order was lost or stolen, please contact us right away. For shipments with tracking, we can assist in filing a claim with the carrier. Unfortunately, for orders shipped without tracking, we’re unable to guarantee resolution. However, we’ll do our best to help you find a solution.

My order is late, what do I do?

Once your package is handed over to UPS, delivery timelines depend on their service schedules and processes. We recommend checking your tracking number for the latest updates. If your package hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window, please reach out to us—we’re happy to assist!

I selected a 'No Tracking' option at checkout and my order has not arrived.

All 'No Tracking' orders are shipped via USPS and can take 1-20 business days to arrive. If you are still waiting to receive your Pickle Putty by then, please contact us at info@pickleputty.com, and we'll try our best to help you locate your package. Pickle Putty is not liable for delays in delivery for shipments without tracking. We kindly ask customers for their patience while awaiting their packages.

What is Pickle Putty's Return/Exchange Policy?

Return Policy
We hope you love your new Pickle Putty. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns:

  • Return your product within 20 days of purchase for store credit or a refund to your original payment method.
  • Products must be in their original, unused condition and packaging.
  • $5 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Return shipping is free for store credit.
  • First-time customer? Enjoy a risk-free return within 30 days—no questions asked!

Damaged or Defective Products:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at info@pickleputty.com within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or full refund. You must submit videos or photos so we can better understand how to help.

Subscription Products:

  • The first purchase in a subscription is eligible for returns or refunds following the guidelines above.
  • Subsequent subscription shipments are not eligible for returns or refunds.
  • To cancel your subscription, please login to your account.

Non-Returnable Items:
Clearance and final sale items are non-returnable. International orders are also final sale.

Can I gift a subscription?

Does Pickle Putty damage the pickleball or leave residue?

Pickle Putty does not damage the ball or leave any material, debris, or tacky residue on the pickleball.

Does it make the court sticky if it scrapes against it?

While it’s best to avoid scraping your paddle on the court, Pickle Putty will not leave any residue on court surfaces.

Why not just use double-sided tape instead?

Double-sided tape wears out after picking up only a few balls. Pickle Putty is specifically formulated for repeated use, lasting through a full day of play.

Does dirt and debris stick to the putty?

Minimal dirt and debris may stick to the surface, but Pickle Putty is designed to stay effective for repeated ball pick-ups.

How do I keep it clean or prevent things from sticking when not in play?

Each Pickle Putty strip comes with an orange protective cover. Use the cover when the strip is not in use or when storing your paddle in a bag or cover.

How long does one strip last, and do I need a new one each time I play?

We recommend using one Pickle Putty strip per playing session to maximize effectiveness. Each strip is designed to last a full day of play.

Can Pickle Putty be washed to regain stickiness?

Pickle Putty cannot be washed. The orange protector helps maintain its stickiness between uses, but each strip is designed to last for a single day of play. Once it’s been used extensively, it should be discarded responsibly.

Does it add weight to my paddle?

Not at all! Each Pickle Putty strip weighs less than 2 grams, about the same as two office paper clips.

Is Pickle Putty allowed in tournaments?

Yes! Many of our customers have successfully used Pickle Putty in sanctioned tournaments.
