- Items on pre-order are currently sold out and will be shipped as soon as new stock becomes available.
- Estimated shipping date: January 15, 2025.
- While we strive to meet the estimated timeline, unforeseen delays can occur. We will promptly communicate any changes to the shipping date.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment is collected upfront at the time of placing the pre-order.
- This secures your order and guarantees your spot in line for the next available stock.
3. Shipping Information
- Pre-orders are expected to ship starting January 15, 2025.
- As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
4. Subscriptions:
- Subscriptions placed before December 16, 2024 will continue to ship on their regular schedule.
- Subscriptions placed from December 16, 2024, onward will be included in the January 15, 2025 shipping batch.

- You may cancel your pre-order anytime before a shipping label is created. Once the label is generated, your order will fall under our standard Return & Exchange Policy.
